How bleedngreet works

bleedngreet is a private cycle and wellbeing tracker built around one simple idea: each day gets one main record, and that daily record can then hold more detailed entries.

What you can track

  • bleeding / not bleeding
  • pain or cramps
  • general wellbeing
  • symptoms
  • moods
  • libido / sex-life notes
  • sleep
  • sports / activity
  • mitigation actions that helped or didn’t help

What the main screen structure is

  • Dashboard gives the overview.
  • Daily records lets you move by date.
  • Day detail is the main place to view and enter data.
  • Profile / settings holds longer-term context and preferences.

What you need to do to start using it

  1. Create an account with the Register button.
  2. Log in to reach your dashboard.
  3. Open a day and fill in the daily summary for that date.
  4. Add detailed entries like symptoms, mood, sleep, activity, and mitigations as needed.
  5. Come back daily so the timeline becomes useful over time.

How the daily model works

The app is intentionally structured. Instead of dumping everything into one giant note, each date has one anchor record and then optional sub-entries attached to that date.

That makes it easier to review patterns later and keeps the data model usable for future analysis.

What this version is

This is the current web-first MVP. It is already usable for testing, but some parts are still early and will be refined.

If something feels rough, that is because you are looking at the build stage rather than the polished-finished-beast stage.
